Founded in 1974 by Sidney Farber, MD, the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute has been committed to providing the highest quality care to cancer patients while also conducting state of the art research in order to developed potential cures. Dana-Farber is a principal teaching affiliate of Harvard Medical School and works together with Brigham and Women's Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital as a part of Dana/Partners CancerCare.
